Amygdala Landmarking Tutorial Using CAWorks

This tutorial is to show the user how to landmark amygdala using CAWorks. It should be noted that the CAWorks interface facilitates our developed amygdala protocol.

Getting Started	The first step in our landmarking procedure is to view the MRI scan in CAWorks. more information
Locate and Label the Head	After locating the head of amygdala, place the cursor at the head and type "h" more information     head verification
Locate and Label the Tail	After locating the tail of the amygdala, place the cursor at the tail and type "t." more information     tail verification
Enter oblique mode	Select amygdala as the "Landmark Type" and then toggle the "Oblique Mode" button. more information
Oblique Landmarks	Place 6 landmarks on each slice 0, 1, 2 respectively. Use "a" to add the landmarks on the first slice. On subsequent slices, use "m" to move the propagated landmarks. more information
Save Landmarks	Click the "Save Landmarks to Disk" button and save the session. more information
